Regulatory Statement

QBE Re is the reinsurance division of the QBE Insurance Group.  Reinsurance is written through the following companies:

  • QBE Europe SA/NV (VAT BE 0690.537.456, RPM/RPR Brussels) (“QBE Europe”).  QBE Europe is authorised by the National Bank of Belgium under licence number 3093.
  • Lloyd’s Syndicate 566 (part of Syndicate 2999) and QBE Underwriting Limited registered in England (No. 01035198) (“QUL”).

QUL is authorised by the UK Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority with its registered office at 30 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 3BD.
